Right of withdrawal – Savings account

The account holder has the right to withdraw from a concluded savings account agreement, i.e. to exercise the right of withdrawal, by submitting or sending a notice to Moank within fourteen (14) days from the day the agreement was concluded. Notice from the account holder of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is most easily submitted via the withdrawal function in Mina sidor (where the account holder identifies themselves with BankID or mobile BankID on Moank's website), but can also be given to Moank's customer service by telephone on 08-520 059 55 or by email at info@moank.se.

No later than thirty (30) days from receipt of the notice to exercise the right of withdrawal, Moank repays the amount deposited into the account to a bank account at another Swedish institution designated by the account holder.

However, the account holder is not entitled to credit any accrued interest when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal – Securities-backed loan

The Borrower has the right to withdraw from the Loan Agreement by delivering or sending a notice to that effect to Moank within 14 days of the date the agreement was entered into (the right of withdrawal). The Borrower shall, as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day the Borrower notified Moank of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, repay the loan amount and accrued interest to an account at another bank designated by the Borrower. This applies even if there are several borrowers and only one of them has exercised the right of withdrawal. Set-up fees and other fees for the loan, except reminder fees and similar charges, will be refunded by Moank within 30 days of receipt of the notice exercising the right of withdrawal.
